Cavcas restaurant was born out of love for food and meal sharing of four friends that come from the different corners of the same region we call our home - the great Caucasus. Stretching from Republic of Georgia’s Black Sea shores all the way through the northern parts of Armenia and falling into the Caspian Sea on the east - lies mountainous region of Caucasus. This tiny land was inhabited by humans from the beginning of times and represents a quilted patchwork of cultures, languages, traditions, and cuisines.

In fact, the oldest humans discovered there as well as the oldest known winemaking traditions, which truly represents how ancient and rich regions’ cultures are.
